Engineering Challenge: Keeping Cool [6 to 12 years]
When it's summer in Australia, you can be sure of 2 things; cricket and searing heat! There is not much we can do about cricket, but if you are up for the challenge, I think we can beat this heat. So, whether you want to engineer a way of keeping cool, or have an idea to lower the mercury, I expect this challenge to reach a satisfying conclusion.

Follow the sign in the sky and you will be right where you need to be.

Lego Life on Mars [6 to 12 years]
Get ready to blast off to the Red Planet in this intergalactic workshop—Lego style! We will be building Martian bases, designing rovers, and growing "space veggies" using all our engineering skills and Lego, of course. Bring your space helmets (or imagination), because it's gonna be a bumpy (and brick-filled) ride to Mars!

Light Lab; Colour Science [5 to 10 years]
Optical science is back on the table as we attempt to dissect light in this fun workshop for the junior scientist. We will split colour to see what comes out, try our hand at some different ways to combine colour, and try to understand the relationship between light and shade from the very small to a solar scale.

Mad for Minecraft [6 to 12 years]
If you are Mad for Minecraft, you'll be stoked with this snapshot. Together, we will bring the virtual into the real world as we see the similarities, discuss the differences, and make some Minecraft madness. Get some sleep, avoid the creepers, and we'll see you soon at workshop spawn.
